After the initial snow foam, safe wash and decontamination stages, we proceeded with a multi-stage correction eliminating the deeper scratches and abrasions, combined with localised corrections on areas that needed a little more attention; such as areas of the wing and bonnet with overspray from previous bodywork. We then refined to a deep, bright and glossy finish.
Paint protection was in the form of GYEON Q2 MOHS Quartz coating to ensure a hardy layer that protects against future marring, swirls and light abrasions. The “self-cleaning and drying” hydrophobic Q2 SKIN coating means that future washes are completed with ease, with minimal contact.
The engine bay was cleaned and degreased. Hoses and trim were then dressed and sealed, along with britework.
The interior of the car wasn’t showing any real signs of wear, but being cream leather obviously has picked up dirt and dye transfer over the years. A deep clean, followed by GYEON Leather Coat Q2 Coating to protect against future dye transfer and minimise dirt pick-up. Carpets and fabrics were treated with Gtechniq I1 Smart Fabric Repellent Coating.
We treated the glass with GYEON Q2 VIEW Hydrophobic Windscreen Coating, ensuring around 12 months of protection with regular use.
Wheels were sealed with Gtechniq C5 Wheel Armour, giving one year of protection against dirt and brake dust.
